Steve Rubin’s Summary

In 1999 there was a growing need in the Internet Service Provider industry for a competent customer service orientated provider. I initially created Layer42 to fill the void in the growing market. For the first several years, Layer42 quietly grew from a company that focused on a small independent customer base to one that attracted larger more established corporations. Our efficient service coupled with a desire to continually grow our product to meet our customer’s need quickly set us apart. By 2002, the needs of Layer42 garnered my complete attention.
