Keith is the VP Business Development for Procom and a frequent speaker on topics such as best practices for acquiring top talent, contingent workforce management, and workforce planning. During his term with Procom, Keith has created labour services and business solutions tailored to deliver measurable, positive change for clients on a strategic level. Along with defining and refining best practices in the employment or human capital field, he specializes in working with organizations undergoing change, focussing on the all-important people-based solutions that will make the most profound difference in an institution's success.
A well-known expert in his field, Keith sits on the boards of the CATAAlliance and the Information and Communications Technology Council, where he participates as a labour advisor. He is also a board member for the Association of Professional Computer Consultants, where he contributes knowledge and experience related to contingent workforce issues.
Keith is also a member of the U.S.-based Human Capital Institute, holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario, and is a member of The Leadership Forum associated with Ottawa University's Executive MBA program.
When not occupied with business responsibilities, Keith takes his passion to the track as a nationally certified instructor for the Porsche Club of America.
