Manage a team of pre-sales account engineers for the Central Region, ensuring focus on the closing of deals, providing performance reviews, and coordinating territory trainings to further develop the team. As a working management position, I also provide coverage for 5 named account customers in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana, including Crossbeam's largest global deployment. Setup and install all chassis demo units at customer locations, provide design and implementation assistance, train and assist channel sales and engineers, and speak at customer and channel events. Additionally, work with Crossbeam ISV partner engineers to build their knowledge of Crossbeam solutions, and work to develop joint opportunities within accounts to further both vendors profitability and account penetration. Focused on exceeding quota every quarter, and achieved 155% of 2006 number, 100% of 2007.
