XL Vision created new tech companies. I began at start-up, Presideo as Marketing Manager and quickly proved myself to the five companies on our campus. As projects crossed my desk, we in-housed design and production, improving quality of service, time to market, while slashing costs. I founded the Creative Services department and we provided identity, mar/com, internet, presentation, promotion and IR services to our five companies. In 2000 we were aquired by VC, VennWorks (Richard Morgan), and in short order, my team consolidated all these services under one roof, serving seven additional companies and the two parents.
My firm, Longbow, still serves senior execs in the reformed XL TechGroup and Amphion Innovations, and several of its new ventures.
