* Coordinate external relations. Under my supervision there has been a 25% increase in media coverage for the Library.
* Coordinate internal relations activities. Improvements in promotional activities resulted in a 13% increase in activities.
* Manage Library print shop to produce marketing materials: coordinate writing assignments; write and edit copy for newsletter, brochures, flyers, and other publications; coordinate design of marketing materials, both for internal and external audiences; and, work with Library staff to target customers and tailor the message.
* Coordinate electronic communications: project coordinator for the launch of a new, accessibility-compliant, Web site; supervise the Library Webmaster; write, edit and approve new content for the Library Web site; created several enewsletters to replace printed materials and reach more customers while reducing the print budget.
* Establish community partnerships to promote Library programs and services.
