As Creative Principal at Vox Pop Design I build organic software and sustainable communities.

Since April, 2005 I have managed the Salt Lake City ColdFusion User's Group (http://slcfug.org), an official Adobe User Group. The SLCFUG's mission is to educate members, match excellent member canidates with jobs, and grow our craft both in our community and along the Wasatch front.

In August of 2006 I founded CodeAway.org, a group dedicated toward fostering social and networking events for bloggers, freelancers, and professional developers.

In 2007, I cofounded the Blogging for Business (B4B) Conference, an annual event for marketing and pr professionals that explores growing businesses through transparency and community.

Finally, in 2008 I founded the RIA (Rich Internet Applications) Dev Shed, a day long conference focused on equipping online programmers with the best of next generation technologies.
