As a Client service Director I'm responsible for several key-accounts at LBi (formerly know as DAD). My works consists mainly in organising the team, following up on KPI's, giving business consultancy, doing business development and doing commercial follow-up on these key-accounts. With my background in projectmanagement and accountmanagement, this position seems to me the perfect combination of my key-skills.
