Ancient History

My first company was FCI-Japan where I developed a localization system and testing procedure to ensure Japanese console games passed North American standards. FCI-Japan was a highly profitable business during its five years of operation.

After returning to the United States, I spent 6 months on numerous projects, including involvement with a rev of a localized HP Deskwriter/Deskjet release and several other projects to acclimate to the US technology industry.

From that point, I accepted employment as International Sales Manager at two companies - Portland-based Now Software (an early pioneer in networked contact management on Windows, Mac OS X, Palm OS and Newton), followed by San Diego based Qualcomm Inc's Eudora division. Eudora was - at that time - the most widely used email software.
