Since 1996, I have been working in various roles related to Internet Customer Support, both on the IT and the business side. Focus areas have included knowledge and content management, tools and systems development, and web analytics.

I have managed various sized teams, include remote and offshore. I successfully started two new departments (an IT application development team and a team to develop Flash-based How-Tos and Tutorials), as well as assumed management of existing and merged departments.

My goal is to have a role where I have ultimate responsibility for an entire customer support website, which would include self-support, downloads, communities, and learning. In particular, I would like to be able to grow the connections between the business and user community.
