Leah is responsible for the strategic planning and management of Golden Gate University's new Center for Academic and Professional Success. Prior to joining GGU, Leah served as a career adviser for MBA students at University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a faculty member at San Francisco State University and the Art Institute of California - San Francisco. Leah has coached both undergraduate and graduate students interested in the areas of consumer product development, digital media, and technology. At Haas, she worked with the Center for Responsible Business to develop resources on careers that emphasize corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Leah is a registered professional career counselor (RPCC) in the state of California and holds a post-master's certificate in career development from the School of Management at John F. Kennedy University. In addition, she has an MA in education from San Diego State University, and a BA in sociology from UCLA. Leah is also an alumna of the Center for Creative Leadership where she received certification in facilitation of leadership and organization assessment tools as well as training in program development methodologies.
