Victor Perton B.Ec, LLB, LLM, Dip. Chinese Law, GAICD is an independent Company Director & Advisor, a regulatory affairs advocate & Barrister, Mediator and Arbitrator. Victor works with clients to improve regulation and standards, improve governance and regulatory structures and help resolve disputes.

* Victor is a Director of the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and serves on its Marketing and Road Safety Committee (MARSCo). He is the TAC Director on IT Shared Services, a Joint Venture between the TAC and Workcover (ITSSCo).

He is a member of the Steering Committee on Education and Training in Philanthropy at the Asia-Pacific Centre for Philanthropy and Social Investment. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Institute of Legal Studies at the Australian Catholic UniversityHe is Chair of the Forum for a Democratic China.

Having been a part of a World Bank Field Trip to examine the Poverty Reducation Program in Rwanda, I have an interest in developments in Rwanda and Africa in general.
