Bo Gowan’s Summary

I lead new media strategy at Nortel. I am also the primary blogger for Nortel Buzzboard, Nortel’s news blog. I have been at Nortel since 1996 (through the boom, the bust and everything since then). During that time I have supported marketing, comms, user communities, PR and AR activities across many of Nortel’s product areas, including Enterprise, Optical, Metro Ethernet, and Carrier networks. I am a marketing guy at heart, but at my time at Nortel have learned to understand - even like - the technology side of the business. But trust me you will never see a post from me debating Layer 2 switching vs. Layer 3 routing.
