I successfully launched 10 businesses into the marketplace over the last 15 years. Three of the business had revenues in excess of $1M in the second year. One of these businesses had sales over $1M per month in its second year. However most of the businesses I created where not sustainable. Not because of the idea or success of the model, they all worked. I stood in the way of their success because I did not understand my VisionQuest and myself well enough to build financially successful businesses. I help my clients learn to avoid the Five Sins of entrepreneurship:
1. Failure to know thyself
2. Go it alone
3. Attachment to your "great idea"
4. Not dreaming big enough
5. Failure to find paying customer
Also, I help them with their own VisionQuest so they understand how to build a business that can deliver their dreams and not turn into a nightmare.
I also am the organizer for a meetup that helps connect entrepreneurs that are trying to find co-founders or key team members. If you want to start a business or need someone to join you in yours please check us out. http://entrepreneur.meetup.com/1611
