• Managed teams of up to twelve people for due diligence efforts on several targets. Closed transactions included acquisition of Sanera Systems ($102M), Nishan Systems ($83M), CNT ($235M) and strategic investment in Aarohi Networks.
• Project managed $235M merger integration between McDATA and CNT. Integration team consisted of 24 people and operated over the span of nine months.
