We operate under the headline Three markets One operation
My challenges are linked to the merger of my 3 technical organisations. The Mobile operations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
So far the organisations have been merged, with the challenges inherent in such a process. We implemented one set of procedures and support tools. We have different cultures in an incumbent marked leader in Norway, a mature challenger in Denmark and a relative new rebel in Sweden
Merging service platforms is an area with a high potential for success, the first platforms have been merged.
Radio planning and radio rollout has been merged in a period where we peek in activity. We have the highest activity ever in Denmark and Norway during 2004 2005.
Common IT systems such as CRM, Middleware and Billing systems require a more long term view. This process is influenced by three strategic goals Nordic consolidation of first Mobile, Nordic consolidation of Fixed and then convergence Mobile Fixed.
