I have been a User Interface Designer and Researcher for over 20 years, working as both an in-house design & research expert and as a design consultant. I have helped many prominent companies, including Yahoo!, Citibank, Symantec, Xerox and Philips, improve their customers’ user experience. In addition to my design & research practice, I also have taught extensively at the college and professional level, both domestically and abroad. I am currently an adjunct professor at the Art Center College of Design and an adjunct professor in the graduate psychology department at UCLA. I also lecture internationally on the topic of advanced usability testing practices for the Nielsen/Norman Group.
