Cliff Reilly is an “Executive Recruiter/Account Executive” with The QWorks Group (formerly known as MRI of Lancaster County) and works primarily with Engineering, Manufacturing and Human Resources professionals, in the Appliance (consumer and commercial), HVAC/R, Food Service Equipment and related industries.
Bringing over 25 years experience as both a Recruiter and as an HR Executive he understands the importance of recruiting only quality talent for an organization.

He is also a “Qualified, Impartial Third party Mediator” having met all the requirements of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, and can help resolve employee or any other type of business disputes before they turn into litigation.
