I joined Carmichael Lynch in 2008 and am an expert in interactive technologies, search, social media, analytics and customer insight.
Prior to Carmichael Lynch, I led the analytics capability at Organic Inc, as the Group Director of Customer Insight. I was located in the Detroit office yet served every office in the Organic network, where I was the customer insight lead for their client portfolio, including Chrysler LLC (Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler), Bank of America, Geek Squad, Mitsubishi and Martha Stewart Online. This was the second time I was at Organic, I was there previously from 1998 – 2001, and at that time I ran the quality assurance division for Organic maintaining their clients’ infrastructure and website integrity.
Layered between Organic Inc, I spent time as the Director of Web Analytics at JWT Digital. During my stay there I delivered web measurement and analytics programs for Domino’s Pizza, Ford Division and White Castle Hamburgers. JWT Digital became “Team Detroit” a WPP conglomeration servicing Ford Motor Company and at that time I then transitioned to Wunderman running the web analytics for all the brands under the Ford Motor Company umbrella.
I was born in Detroit Michigan (yes in the city) and then spent the majority of his adolescence in the suburbs of Detroit. I also spent four years serving the country in the United States Army, while stationed in Heidelberg Germany. During that time I attended college through the Armed Forces.
