Dror Pockard is a senior executive with extensive experience in telecommunications, CRM, and other enterprise software companies. Over 23 years of international experience in building and leading companies, in consulting major enterprises and in major turnaround and M&A efforts.
As of January 2007, Dror is the CEO of e-Glue Business Technologies Inc., the leader in Real Time Customer Interaction Management area. eglue enables enterprises to achieve in real time the most efficient and optimized interaction they have with their customers, real time in each and every interaction, where ever the interaction takes place.
Recently was the President & CEO of Telrad Networks (www.telrad.com), a leading Israeli telecommunications manufacturer specialized in IP and Convergent network solutions. Dror is also a board member at Olista Inc. Prior to this role Dror was a Venture Partner at Israel Seed Partners, a leading VC firm in Israel, an Active Chairman of Xpert Integrated Systems Ltd., and a Director at MS Tech Ltd. and at Scent Detection Technologies (SDT) Ltd.
Until 2004, Mr. Pockard was a Group President in Amdocs Inc., responsible for all Amdocs products business units. He was also a division president of Clarify, the CRM division of Amdocs, and was in charge of Amdocs System Integration organization.
Prior to that, he was with Ernst & Young Management Consultants both in England and Israel, including 3 years as the Managing Director of the Israeli Ernst & Young Consulting Office.
Mr. Pockard holds an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Management and Economics from Tel Aviv University, in Tel Aviv, Israel. He's a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization), Adams Institute and is on the board of several charities include the Branco Weiss Institute and Yuvalim. He is a high energy,, results oriented, motivational leader with excellent problem solving and team building skills and with extensive strategical capabilities.
