As one of the first few employees of NetCom, he contributed to the launch of the company with its initial network deployment of 86 POPs. Robles was also co-founder at Coactive Computing and Tecla Software. Robles has lent his technical skills to many successful companies such as Alphablox, Apple Computers, Epyx, Hewlett-Packard, Kana Communications and Siebel Systems.
Starting Neopolitan Networks, Inc. in 2001, Robles worked with several manufacturers to develop solutions that would support his product vision.
