In addition to the previous duty, I assumed the resp. of the Marketing & Retail areas, achieving in time the improvement of a very bad situation in terms of projects costs and benefits.

FILA acknowledged me an executive profile, giving me also the Technologies dept management. In this position the Tech dept has been reorganized and a better control of the costs and user services.
In June FILA assigned to me the role of SAP/AFS Project Manager: in this case, I reached also a solid savings in the implementation costs.
In November FILA entrusted to me all the application solutions, with the following main goals: new dept organization, budget definition and management, internal resources management.
