Amy Rees Anderson’s Summary
In 1996, I began a internet healtcare technology company with only $23,000 in seed capital and went on to raise over $12 million dollars of venture funding which I used to design and develop the nations first 100% Web-based medical practice management system for physician offices.
I later founded IPOP, LLC, (which stands for "In Pursuit of Perfection"), a Public Speaking and Entrepreneurial Consulting company dedicated to working with entrepreneurs launching new businesses as well as large companies launching new divisions. Through IPOP I am often asked to teach entrepreneurial classes at several Universities and to speak at many conferences.
I am currently the CEO of Mediconnect Global, Inc. (www.mediconnect.net), an online medical record retrieval company. Mediconnect utilizes state-of-the-art web technologies and a patented workflow design to facilitate the retrieval of patient medical records for the Legal and the Insurance industries.
I am an Owner and a Director of Globerian (www.globerian.com), a company located in Delhi, India that provides offshore business process outsourcing to US based businesses.
