I am a San Diego, California based consultant whose purpose is to propel organizations to new levels of performance through evaluation, selection, and retention of people who, by their very nature, will make a difference for the organization with which they work. I make a positive impact on all facets of the staffing process from the initial determination of which skill sets are needed, through each stage of recruiting and hiring people, and retention of those people.
