As a part of a newly formed department based in Germany, I am the sole responsible for research, benchmarking, and the development of the ‘business case for diversity’. I'm currently involved in the global rollout of the new Code of Conduct for DHL
Key Accomplishments
- Benchmarking diversity initiatives of over 100 companies and creation of an easy to use tool to search for various best case practices
- Completion of the draft of the Business Case for Diversity, to be presented to the management board of DPWN in beginning 2006
- Creation of a comprehensive diversity strategy paper for the development and implementation of the diversity initiative within DPWN globally
- Creation of a research paper that included competitor and cost analysis for investment into Search Engine Optimization. The research has been forwarded to the relevant departments

AIESEC International is the global office (in Netherlands) of the worlds largest youth-run organisation present in over 95 countries.
As a member of the management board was responsible for developing and implementing strategy for the Global Internship Programme, data analysis, tracking and providing functional support to the network.

- Sustaining over 30% growth in the number of internships globally through the creation and implementation of global growth and marketing strategies.
- Successful coordination of agenda development and delivery of AIESEC Internationals four regional Internship and People Strategy Conferences (representing top leadership of 92 countries; 800 delegates)
- Creation of a comprehensive global plan for 2005 2007 through enhancing the existing global planning process to allow for better local level implementation.
- Participation in defining the global organizations strategic direction.
