I was hired as Country Manager for Italy and, in this capacity, my first target was to set up the Italian Branch, sort out all the related bureaucratic work, find office space and hire the staff.
I was in charge for the results of the branch (both from a sales and financials point of view) and I was also directly involved in selling our products.
CQG had 300 employees around the world located in the Head Quarter in Denver and in the branches in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Frankfurt a. M., Moscow, Zurich, Tokyo and Milan.
