Seasoned senior project management, operational, and delivery lead in the interactive advertising and marketing industry for over ten years. Have large range and breadth of experience partnering with clients such as Caterpillar, General Motors/Cadillac Division, General Mills, Capital One, P&G, AOL, Home Depot, State Farm, Dell, Whirlpool Corporation, and McDonald's. Specific types of engagements have included small to large scale websites, full user experience and creative redesigns, ecommerce, online CRM strategies, email marketing, and online and search marketing.

Started and worked to grow the delivery function of the Interactive Marketing group within the consultancy. Responsible fo delivery of all, up to 20+ Interactive Marketing projects. Maintaining billable utilization of the group as well as the rest of Interactive Marketing, resource management including engaging and on-boarding new employees and contractors. Created and rolled out Project Management Organization processes and tools such as resource management, status reporting, financial tracking, estimating, and project closeout. Managed team of project managers, including mentoring career development, and assisted in recruiting efforts for Interactive Marketing project managers. In addition, I project managed the overflow of projects, small to large user experience and website design efforts, as well as filled the Engagement Management role for various accounts to secure the relationship for future effors as well as delivering the current project.

Responsibilities include delivering completed interactive projects on time and within budget, and managing those projects from initiation through project completion. Responsible for drafting Statements of Work, developing budgets and schedules, monitoring those budgets and schedules during the project lifecycle, managing resource allocation to ensure accurate project delivery, and ensuring the final deliverable meets the quality expectations of the stakeholders. Forecasting and reporting revenue at the account level was also included in the set of responsibilities.
This included everything from email marketing programs, sitelet to large scale website development, and exploring multi-channel communication opportunities where digital channels can integrate with other more traditional channels to increase profitability and ROI and/or above the line brand building for various business industries.
