An experienced designer of products ranging from digital television (TiVo) to consumer web applications (Excite and Axance.com in France), software for designers (Adobe and Autodesk), and tools for scientific visualization and biotechnology (The Mathworks). I have consulted for companies including Intel, France Telecom, internet startups, and SolidWorks Corporation, doing competitive reviews, expert design evaluation, persona creation, statistical data analysis, and design (research, requirements, design mockups, specs, project management). My passion is contributing to "data-driven design."
I've published two books about the internet and online community and keep up on research literature, research methods, and new technologies. I'm always interested in speaking to classes, companies, or at conferences about online community, data analysis, interface design.
