Prior to Sequoia, I was the CFO at PayPal. I helped to take the company public in February 2002, and participated in negotiations for the sale of PayPal to eBay for $1.5bn in October 2002.

· Involved in due diligence during $1.5bn acquisition of PayPal by eBay.
· Financial management: managed financial planning and analysis function including all financial presentations to board of directors and financial due diligence processes with potential acquirers during 2001 and early 2002.
· Risk management: developed corporate fraud and risk models, and actuarial loss forecasting models.
