I'm an eclectic, dynamic, flexible guy, a problem solver and a decision maker, skilled in establishing solid relationships with people and improve them in short/medium terms. I like to see the "marketing side" and "how things work".
I achieve good results in pressing situations, when most of people lose their hopes. My best attitude is to manage projects starting from the original concept, leading them through every single process needed for their final realization, including market (and of course right channel) selection, all over Europe or even wider.
I'm sure that the right person in the right place might make "The Difference", that's why I take good care in selecting and hiring co-workers.
Of course I'm open to evaluate any kind of proposal, business opportunity or carreer. Always interested in new ideas and in constructive discussions and I enjoy to face new challenges too, even better if international, or abroad and an eventual relocation is not a problem for me.
Innovation, problem solving, markets knowledge. I'm good in managing delicate situations, deals, people etc., since two of my best attitudes are diplomacy and (applied) empathy.
Development of a brand from scratch, or improving its awardness and recognition in cost-effective ways is another skill I've developed.
I think to be quite flexible and open minded to adapt to any kind of job, but please don't think I'm too proud, regardlessy of what I wrote I'm a quite "easy" guy.
