This position entails full range of support for Business and VIP Customers from the 2nd through 3rd Level of support issues during the implementation phase of Australia Post's XP SOE Rollout. This position is not only handling phone equiries during the rollout phase, but the physical swapout of machines, including imaging, image-bed testing, installation, profile compatibility testing, and 2nd/3rd Level Support post rollout.
