As the Founder and CEO of Broadlook Technologies I am primarily responsible for the business logic behind the products, leading the business process architecture and forming relationships with partner companies to further the acceptance of Broadlook products and services. I am deeply involved in our sale processes and enjoy a hands-on approach with many of our clients.

Recently, I received the recruiting industry blog of the year for my blog, www.iDonato.com. My blog focuses on the "what keeps me up at night" in regards to how technology, process and philosophy effect sales and recruitment.

In the last year, I have focused on expanding the original vision behind Broadlook from a software tools company (focusing on Internet research), into a company with three intersecting business units. Today, Broadlook's three business units are software tools, data provider to data resellers, and data correction services.
