He has been quoted or featured in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Entrepreneur, Fortune Small Business and Inc. By averaging a $100,000 impact on each of his clients, he has had a $35 million impact on the US economy.


Andy Birol holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School where he graduated with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from its Four Quarter Program. He has lived and worked in Istanbul, Turkey and Nairobi, Kenya, where he served as a USAID local business consultant. He earned his BSBA summa cum laude from Boston University’s School of Management, where he was named a Kemper Foundation Scholar and received the University’s highest honor, The Scarlet Key.

Andy worked with Union Camp, Bank of Boston and NEBS, Inc. before relocating to Cleveland in 1993 with his wife Joan. He held executive sales and marketing management positions with Voice-Tel Enterprises and Harris InfoSource prior to founding Birol Growth Consulting in 1997.

Andy's fifth book, The Five Catalysts of Seven-Figure Growth: How Every Business Owner Can Grow to the Next Level, has resulted in invitations for Andy to speak in Sydney, Istanbul, Amsterdam and Montreal as well as across the USA.
