Position Offering:  Business Development Executive (BDE)

The Essential Duties:  Responsible for new Business-to-Business sales development

Strategic: Primary responsibility is to acquire new business accounts that have not previously, or are not currently doing business with Williams Data Management
Measurable: Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
Attainable & Realistic: Responsible for developing sales in the designated target market(s) by identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers by strategic cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and customer appointments.
Tangible: Learns and develops further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise in the company's product application technologies.

Education and Experience:

Proven Experience: 1+ years in selling B2B services

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree - preferred
Field Of Study: Business, IT, Marketing, or similar; A combination of education and B2B experience is acceptable.

Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities:

Documented 1+ years of sales experience, securing new clients and selling B2B services to the legal, medical, financial, entertainment, and corporate verticals.
At least 1 years’ experience meeting a $5000 monthly quota or higher
Proven Experience in solution consulting and selling
Demonstrated and Verifiable experience in strategic, technical, and business solutions sales - Required
Documented experience with a CRM system is desired.
Effective communication skills and proficiency in managing the sales lifecycle, prospecting, cold calling, and selling to close
Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction and ability to provide assistance to sales force.
Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, CRM, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 

Compensation:

Competitive Base Salary + Sales Commission, Major Medical, Auto Mileage, Expense Account.
