A LEVICK Digital Senior Account Executive is largely involved with important client accounts and overseeing related operations. The Digital SAE plays a major leadership role alongside Account Supervisors to ensure our clients receive outstanding service. They have excellent written and oral communications skills, keen attention to detail and strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. They proactively contribute ideas to projects and assist with afterhours crisis work. A Senior Account Executive has the exciting task of working with Account Supervisors to develop client communication strategies, overseeing implementation of these strategies and measuring results. LEVICK Digital Senior Account Executives are responsible for planning and implementing integrated marketing and communication campaigns with a major emphasis on managing paid and organic search campaigns, and managing multiple client accounts with a focus on implementing a variety of digital initiatives. They cultivate and maintain media relationships and deliver the highest quality internal and external communications content to clients.

LEVICK Digital Senior Account Executives conduct media and internet research, and they are meticulous in compiling media clips for clients and crafting client memos. They cultivate and maintain media relationships and deliver the highest quality internal and external communications content to clients. To be considered for this position, applicants must have a passion for the digital landscape and have a strong grasp of all industry developments and best practices. Successful candidates will add an important creative component to our communications team, have exceptional writing skills, and will be actively involved in the execution, expansion, and optimization of digital campaigns for the countries, companies, brands and high profile individuals we represent.

Candidates must also have previously worked closely with Google AdWords and have experience in analyzing and reporting on performance metrics. To be considered for this position, you must have a passion for the digital landscape and have a strong grasp of all industry developments and best practices.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of integrated marketing/public relations experience, preferably in an agency environment but not required (At least one year of agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the current social and digital media landscape, the latest online behavior trends, as well as existing and emerging technology
  • Solid understanding of public relations, with experience in program planning, corporate messaging, media outreach, and project management
  • Client consulting and management skills with ability to prepare client documents, budgets, project plans and progress reports
  • Demonstrated success with digital and social media techniques
  • Experience with managing multiple Google Adwords campaigns and the ability to analyze and report on data
  • Understanding of and experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to manage online reputations
  • Familiarity with content management programs such as WordPress and Drupal
  • Experience with establishing, tracking and reporting social media metrics and key performance indicators
  • Ability to conduct research to support program and business development
  • Experience maintaining editorial calendars, developing, curating and editing online content
  • Experience with issues management and crisis response
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning ability
  • Exceptional written and oral communications abilities, including presentation skills
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in whenever needed
