SUMMARY

A pivotal role on the DIning Alliance team is the Inside Sales Representatives that assist our Member Consultants with inside sales, cold and warm calling and booking appointments. If you are a self-motivated, enthusiastic, well-spoken, outgoing individual who is interested in WORKING FROM HOME in the San Antonio, Dallas or surrounding areas, this is the career opportunity for you. This position is ideal for anyone who lives in the Dallas or surrounding areas and wishes to work a flexible daytime schedule of 25+ hours/week from the convenience of your living room! 

Desired Skills and Experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with commissioned B2B sales, inside sales or multi-level marketing experience 
• Desire to dig for customers, ability to talk to restaurant owners and not afraid of cold calling 
• Ability to solve problems quickly, think on your feet and build relationships rapidly 
• Exceptional listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to anticipate and/or proactively surface customer needs 
• Ability to articulate the value proposition of Dining Alliance effectively 
• Knowledge of multiple product and service solutions 
• Ability to grasp complex software and customer management tools: experience with MS Word and Excel; SalesForce experience is a huge plus 
• No food service experience is required - we value drive and cultural fit more, but please let us know if you are familiar with the restaurant or food industry 
• MUST be passionate about the Dining Alliance mission
• Virtual office experience a plus. This is a virtual position that requires excellent time management and organization skills and the ability to work independently
• Superior, professional and enthusiastic phone skills 
• Must have updated computer with high-speed internet, unlimited long distance and a quiet work space 
• Must possess the ability to build and leverage relationships with internal colleagues and support personnel
• The ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, business partners and Dining Alliance team members

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Business to business warm and cold call appointment setting (85%)
• Salesforce and data entry 
• Communicate with management daily/weekly
• Obtain and coordinate data and information from staff
• Enter data and appointments in an accurate and timely fashion into Salesforce 
• Schedule and confirm appointments for Member Consultants 
• Periodic attendance to meetings outside of the home (5% of the time) 
• Providing exemplary customer service to our current and existing members 
• Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner
with all levels of staff, members and vendors
