  • SuccessFactors implementation experience
  • Configuration of the Success Factors application
  • Depth in one or more of these modules:
  • Succession and Development

  • Recruiting
  • Workforce Analytics and Planning
  • Compensation
  • Employee Central
Managers are responsible for sales and delivery of consulting solutions to large complex global clients.
7+ years consulting in a relevant field is required, along with a Bachelor's degree and ability to travel 80%. Must possess expertise in the project lifecycle and in mentoring and growing junior staff. Willingness to learn and a hunger to contribute to the greater group are required.
