Responsibilities 职责:
  • Identify new opportunity for the company and create business with developing new application and account in Consumer and segment.
  • Build strong relationship with key customers and maintain Ticona’s reputation at highest level
  • Manage and lead project team for certain project whenever necessary for the business.
  • Deliver sales figures to achieve budget.
  • Provide accurate demand forecast for company with his best knowledge of industry and information of customer..
  • Coordinate with company's global resources to achieve the goal.


Qualifications 要求:
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors
  • At least 5 years experiences in sales and/or application development of engineering plastics or/and related industry
  • Experiences work with Electronics OEM directly or indirectly
  • Korean as a native language. Fluent in English.


Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • In depth knowledge engineering plastics business.
  • Strategic thinking and strong execution
  • Strong self-discipline to company policy
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a teamwork atttitude and able to interact with customers at different level of hierarchy.
  • Problem solving and results oriented
