Marketing Coordinator

SoloHealth’s self-service kiosks are digital, interactive and accessible to consumers, with current in-retail presence within national retailers such as Walmart & Sam’s Club and with aggressive plans to expand.  The SoloHealth Station provides a unique platform for advertisers to reach consumers in a retail setting who are already engaged and learning about their health, and to target these consumers based on demographic and lifestyle information provided during the health screenings.

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who, under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing, will help advance the organization’s brand, build awareness for the company’s  three core customer groups, drive traffic to our interactive health stations, and grow advertiser revenue through the creation of effective marketing materials and campaigns.  

 

The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and manage marketing projects to include email and online creative, press kits, media kits, sales & marketing collateral, POS materials, product update sheets, pitch decks, and tradeshow materials.  These materials may be designed to drive new users to our health stations, educate our retail partners (such as Walmart, Publix or others) about our stations and product updates, drive new advertisers, grow spending with current advertisers, or help our current advertisers to develop compelling promotions across our health stations, website, and email communications.

 

This is a highly interactive, hands-on position which will work with multiple internal departments as well as external agencies.  The ideal candidate will be well versed in the entire creative brief process with the ability to successfully manage an agency.  He or she will be familiar with email, web & interactive marketing and have a strong grasp of marketing concepts & strategy including audience targeting, positioning and branding with the ability to manage to a budget and analyze results.

 

The Marketing Candidate will work from our headquarters based in Johns Creek (Northern Metro Atlanta)  reporting to the VP Marketing and will interact regularly with retail sales,  and advertising  sales and advertising operations. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Consumer Engagement Marketing programs to drive user behavior to include E-Marketing, Social Media, Loyalty Programs & Shopper Marketing
  • Execute Marketing Programs to support Advertising Sales to include a full range of marketing materials: interactive, social media,  tradeshow materials, white papers, product sheets, merchandising, brochures and other sales and marketing collateral
  • Work closely with PR resource on Strategy, Brand Standards & Brand Messaging ensuring consistency both internally and externally 
  • Manage creative resource and other external vendors to timelines and budget
  • Track all projects to timelines, cost and campaign requirements
  • Work closely with Ad Operations providing marketing & creative support as needed
  • Develop ad hoc marketing materials and copy as needed
  • Perform analysis and report on campaign performance 
  • Develop and improve upon trafficking processes and procedures
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4-5 years of agency or marketing experience
  • Proficiencies with graphics programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Quark, Photoshop
  • Prior involvement in the creative process including writing creative briefs, reviewing creative, and interacting with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in both writing and reviewing copy
  • Proficiencies with layout and design
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to review estimates and keep cost within budget
  • Experience with creating both marketing and sales materials
  • A clear understanding of the sales process and the focus needed for sales collateral
  • Prior experience with online and email programs
  • Tradeshow management experience
  • Detail orientation
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects to objective, timing, and budget
  • Organized work habits
  • Strong communication skills
  • A customer centric focus
