Job description

Be the marketing segment lead for enterprise mobility solutions and Corporate employee segment to drive demand generation programs.  For the corporate employee program, the role includes developing a retention strategy.  This role encompasses the function of product marketing, and also support for any other assigned Enterprise products and solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Enterprise Mobility

  • Work with solutions product manager to define the target segment and audience.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a differentiated launch plan and demand generation program for the identified mobility solution.  This includes justifying the investment required to support the initiative or programs
  • Lead and drive adoption/sales of identified product/solution to the segment, including working through partners, alliances and channels.
  • Monitor and track the value that each marketing route brings to Sales.
  • Manage the financials and marketing budget for the segment.
  • Ensure that the ongoing aspects of the program including (but not limited to) training, event co-ordination, equipment requests are executed effectively in support of the sales teams
  • Provide ROI analysis of investments and success measurement of programs.
  • Lead and drive initiatives with identified device manufacturers.

 

Corporate employee program

  • Support the Sales team in developing initiatives and programs to increase the adoption of the program
  • Support programs to re-contract/retain our pool of corporate employee clientele.
  • Create and develop the framework and tools to enable information exchange and communications with customers.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 5-6 years of telco marketing experience to the B2B segment
  • Degree in Marketing, Engineering or business management related discipline, Masters level qualification is highly desirable
  • Experienced in working with and leading cross functional team to achieve objective
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • A professional who takes a highly creative approach to problem solving and enjoys coming up with innovative ideas that leverage traditional and new communications mediums.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and confidence to present & rationalize individual’s point of view
  • Demonstrated success in interacting with senior management on the development of communication strategies for internal and external distribution
  • Experience in working with and leading cross functional team to achieve objective and a strong team player
  • Knowledge of the Telco industry and key players (software, hardware, SI, etc)
  • Have knowledge or understand at least one area of Telco service relevant to the B2B / Business segment
  • Proven success in marketing to Businesses segment
