Training & Sales Process Specialist

 

Specific responsibilities include:

 

    Ensure that processes and programs supports the right mix of online, classroom, and mixed-media training curriculums focused on generating revenue for pre-sales and sales.

    Facilitate the development of training materials and playbooks for new hire onboarding.

    Identify sales optimization programs that add value to R7 sales strategy and customer experience.

    Assess the extension of programs and training to cross-functional teams and Strategic Alliance partners.

    Develop and implement a sales mentor program.

    Create excellent and effective business stakeholder relationships.

    Work with stakeholders to assess enablement requirements and develop an enablement strategy that includes programs and curriculum to drive sales effectiveness and increase sales productivity through sales processes, tools and training.

    Support the sales methodology by developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales training programs.

    Work with leadership to determine success factors and goals, and produces regular metrics that track learning for the purpose of revenue generation and market growth.

 

Job Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have a natural ability to deliver business results by working across functional teams and also possess the following qualifications:

 

    Experience implementing training enablement and sales effectiveness programs within a dynamic software solution environment.

    Experience working with technology and tools that enable speed and execution of programs and assessment of  effectiveness including – such as content development and management tools.

    Exceptional written, communication and presentation skills able to understand and translate business requirements into solutions.

    Results oriented and collaborative able to work independently as well as part of a team in a driven and energetic environment, including the ability to work across the organization, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels of management.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience is required.
