Job description

The role's main accountability will be to lead the development of our Communication agenda and programs as detailed below:
 
Communications
• Lead the development of the communication strategy across  the different stages of the brand lifecycle (CBS) across all partner markets / globally
• Lead the ideation and creative development of main communications programs (360 global campaigns) with strong contribution and involvement of partner markets to ensure successful adoption locally  
• Develop and manage relevant alliance platforms and global partnerships, and develop appropriate programmes in conjunction with our markets to maximise return for the brand
• Manage Assets & Usage
• Manage the relationship with and delivery of the agencies involved in the projects, including performance evaluation against clear KPI agreed at the beginning of the process

Assets

• Lead the ideation and creative development around the delivery of an effective global fame asset for MGD. Sourcing an idea that can be leveraged to accelerate transformational growth for key partner markets. Ensuring they are actively involved in the process to ensure successful adoption locally  
• Develop and manage activation assets around this platform and establish a 3 year vision for how it will grow as an asset in each of our key partner markets Manage Assets & Usage
• Manage the relationship with and delivery of the agencies involved in the projects, including performance evaluation against clear KPI agreed at the beginning of the process

 

In F13 the main focus for this role will be to lead two main projects:

1. Deliver Tonight 3.0 a new global ATL campaign, including all activation components (campaign toolkit) and 360 plan (Pr, Retail and Digital). The campaign will be developed with strong contribution and involvement of partner markets.

2. Investigate the development of a fame asset for the MGD brand. Working with key partner markets to ensure alignment and engagement. Building a comprehensive business case for CATCOM / Senior manage stakeholders to convince the business of the viability and value of this project for stretch investment. 

Desired Skills and Experience

Knowledge and Experience Required

 

• Outstanding track record in Premium brand marketing
• Significant marketing experience, matured in both domestic & international markets.
• Strong track record in major asset / campaign development and execution
• Demonstrable experience of using deep understanding and knowledge of LDAC-25 marketing and translating this into practical opportunities for enhanced consumer, shopper and customer marketing initiatives.
• Proven experience within a large scale FMCG environment.
• Proven ability to engage, relationship builds and influence senior stakeholder within the organization and to play a key role in decision making processes.
• Experience in consumer research.

• Proven ability to overcome adversity and demonstrate determination in challenging circumstances.
• Commercial or in-field experience is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.

• Passion for results and exceptional quality output
• High capacity for workload, and strong prioritisation skills
• Strong creative development skills, including intuitive ability to understand powerful creative ideas, combined with strong understanding of research methodology (art & science!)
• Solid influencing and relationship building skills, enabling relationships based on respect, trust and reliability
• Proven agency management skills
• Willingness to travel to partner markets and as required, globally, on a frequent basis
