Job description

We work with professional individuals and assist them them to further their careers within media, retail and pharmaceutical firms. 

As a recruiter you are responsible for all steps of the recruitment process including identification and management of potential candidates, client relationship management and business development. You will be responsible for conducting in-person interviews with candidates and on-site client meetings with a view to developing your own, and Michael Page's, reputation in the market. Specific responsibilities include:

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and superior candidate profiles.
• Pitch new business, negotiate contract terms and cwork with candidates.
• Source suitable candidates by getting to know key players in the Media, Retail and Pharma market, building strong professional networks and providing excellent customer service.
• Become an expert in your market by gathering industry intelligence to map out organizational structures used for client pitches and successful completion of projects.
• The successful recruiter will have an opportunity to grow into a managerial role, help build new business areas and potentially lead the Michael Page expansion to new locations.

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and developing professional relationships. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential. Other requirements include
• 1-8 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Relations, Accounting or Finance
• Strong track record of academic and professional achievement
• Entrepreneurial drive
• Experience in a team environment or athletics a plus
• Must have strong communication skills: verbal and written
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Must want to work in a high energy, resulted oriented environment
• Must be a Permanent Resident of United States
