Description:


As a TriNet Account Services Consultant,  you will be
responsible for providing solutions, training and service to a set
of customers. You will interface with contacts at all levels of
management including Senior Executives to ensure customer success
in their business processes related to payroll and benefits. Your
expertise in systems and reporting will enable you to offer value
to our customers by assisting them with becoming more efficient
through the utilization of our technology. This may include
representing TriNet at customer sites. In addition, you will work
with cross-functional teams to focus on enhancing the customer
experience. If you can take ownership, offer a consultative
approach to your customers, and maintain relationships, this is the
position for you.

Job Experience

  • General Knowledge of both payroll and benefits is a big
    plus
  • Must have a 4 year college degree.
  • Top notch customer service skills
  • Interface with the multiple customers and the ability to multi
    task
  • Understanding and supporting of web based technologies
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel


Job Duties:

  • Supporting the customers' payroll and benefits process
  • Managing customer service inquiries
  • Training the customer on TriNet's technology tools
  • Case resolution around payroll and benefit reporting
  • Supporting TriNet's web based technology for customers
  • Escalation point for customer
