Job description

The candidate will manage two brands and relative networks in the Nordics, driving the dealers in order to grow business.

The District Manager's main responsibilities include :


Capability to figure out possible changes in the actual network defining timing and procedure with solid business plan analysis

To know how to drive a mature dealer network as well as a young one in terms of sales, marketing and forecasting (sales and wholesales) in a medium/long term vision in order to improve penetration and total turnover

Knowledge of the competition activity as well as good skills in the interpretation of the market trend and capability to figure out basic actions to adapt dealer network results to those identified changes

Used to work with objectives both given by the company but also by himself/herself in order to define a proper road map to achieve them

Based in Walloon Brabant, the perimeter is the Nordics (Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland).

Desired Skills and Experience

You have:

An experience in indirect sales (retailers and/or wholesalers) 
A knowledge of construction equipments will be appreciated

In terms of experience you have 5 to 8 years of experience ideally acquired in a similar position for large equipment sales company.

You are flexible with good communication and excellent negotiations skills. Hard worker, you are self driven, pro-active and have the ability to react quickly to customers needs. Moreover, you are a team player.
Working language is English.
You are willing to travel extensively in the covered area.You have:

The salary package will depend on the experience and expertise of the candidate.
