Job description

33Across is hiring an experienced and passionate account manager to own and develop existing relationships with our largest clients. The Account Manager is responsible for pre and post-sales collaboration and manages day-to-day client relationships. The role interfaces with all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to product and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales team to develop sales proposals for clients, including media plans and presentations 
  • Serve as client main point of contact for post-sales support, including reporting, optimizations, issue resolution and developing end of campaign summary report and recommendations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and up‐sell clients, focus on retention and growing business
  • Oversee all aspects of advertiser campaign management, including trafficking, optimizations, reporting and developing end of campaign summary reports
  • Liaise with Accounting on media billing reconciliation
  • Collaborate with various internal groups as needed to deliver solutions for clients, including marketing, inventory, research, etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including recommending optimizations and ensuring delivery

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Superior written communication skills, with experience in proposal writing
  • Excellent client management and relationship skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving, organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, timelines and details
  • Outstanding leadership skills suited to a collaborative, team oriented environment
  • Media planning and online campaign management background
  • Knowledge of online research methods, 3rd party research tools, and understanding of the facets of online advertising and ad metrics a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and basic web-based protocols and communication tools
  • 2+ years related online marketing experience, agency / media experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
