Position summary

As a Quality Engineer in the CTT team you will be part of a highly skilled, cross-functional team developing modern web applications. Your mission is to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality products to our customers. You will have the freedom to choose the best software and hardware tools and apply the latest and most efficient methodologies to achieve the quality goals.

  • Define the quality assurance strategy for the product
  • Work with developers to write use cases and functional specifications
  • Develop test plans and test cases
  • Find, report and troubleshoot software defects, while working closely with developers to fix them
  • Make effective use of test automation to increase the overall test effectiveness and thoroughness
  • Pro‐actively identify and communicate risks
  • Collaborate with other functional groups or teams to ensure project success

  • Requirements
  • BS/MS University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant professional experience in Software Quality Assurance (preferably testing web applications/web services)
  • Highly proficient at detecting, reporting and troubleshooting software defects
  • Experience with test automation
  • Know-how in computer programming and scripting is a big advantage
  • Familiar with Agile software development
  • Pro‐active and self-driven
  • Great team player
  • Fluent in English ‐ both written and spoken
