Join the DLT Marketing team and have a direct impact on the success of a fast growing, value-added reseller of leading information technologies for the public sector.  In this role the marketing manager leads the Autodesk and Google marketing function including budget, demand generation campaigns, Acronym online and events with a  customer-centric approach.  In collaboration with the sales team a key role for the marketing manager is to understand public sector market dynamics, plan marketing campaigns and events to drive awareness for DLT and demand generation for the division.  


As a member of the marketing team, the marketing manager reports to the VP of Marketing and supervises other marketing professionals. The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, be highly collaborative across the organization and willing to learn while supporting a fast-paced, sales and marketing organization.



The Marketing Manager should expect to perform the following activities:

• Manage end-to-end process of marketing research, content development, campaign planning and execution.

• Develop customer-centric marketing campaigns focusing on government needs for cloud computing, geospatial, cybersecurity and digital design.  

• Advance marketing effectiveness working closely with Autodesk, Google and the sales organization on lead generation, sales enablement and support. 

• Manage messaging, lead flow and nurturing to improve quality, capacity and efficiency.

• Track and analyze marketing results, best practices and metrics for ROI.

• Manage both directly and indirectly a team of marketing professionals.

Desired Skills and Experience


• 4-year degree in marketing or a related field and more than seven years of marketing experience.

• Experience in marketing, telemarketing, sales or customer service management.

• Experience with lead management, marketing automation and demand generation 

• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, CRM and automation software like Eloqua.

• Able to articulate IT solutions in a business-focused message and understand the needs of   

   marketing and sales professionals.

• Experience managing a marketing budget.



• Self-motivated, self starter with a track record for leading projects and teams

• Strong project management and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Problem solving and decision making skills

• Highly-refined organizational and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
