Job description

We are recruiting for Case Managers and Senior Case Managers for our client, a global leader in the biotechnology industry.  These are full-time, contract opportunities (6 months +) and a great way to get your foot into the door with this company.

 

Duties:

Daily contact with physicians and patients using client's products.  Provide customer focused reimbursement support to patients, distributors, physicians and internal sales force. Educate, inform, and assist patients and providers to navigate through the reimbursement process. Identify barriers to reimbursement and continually identify and recommend program efficiencies to the team to promote high quality of work by Access Solutions/GATCF staff. Identify and facilitate referrals to alternative coverage options and financial assistance programs for patients who are under-insured or require copy assistance.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills:

Customer service experience with some experience in healthcare reimbursement preferred. Must have proven outstanding customer service experience. Proficiency in all aspects of reimbursement (i.e. benefit investigation, payor reimbursement policies) preferred but not required. Excellent investigational and analytical skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal format. Ability to work collaboratively in a team structure and responsibly delegates next steps to appropriate team members. Demonstrates effective problem solving and excellent customer service. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Requires computers skills including MS Excel.  Previous Access Solutions Case Manager experience is ideal.

 

Education:

BA or BS degree REQUIRED.
