Paddy Power Bingo is a rapidly growing business with a clear mission to become the world’s best online bingo destination. We are looking for a creative, forward thinking, customer centric marketing executive who is innovative, technically savvy and analytically focused. Someone who really ‘knows’ acquisition and is looking to ‘own’ it for the Paddy Power Bingo team across channels.

 

This is an important role within Paddy Power Bingo and we are looking for ambitious, dedicated candidates who want to develop their careers and go on to deliver great work in on-line marketing.

 

This role reports to the Marketing & VIP Manager, Paddy Power Bingo.

 

Why does this role exist?

 

The primary function of this role is to develop the acquisition and early life strategy for Bingo across desktop and mobile –this role holder will have responsibility for delivering acquisition strategy to drive people into any of the bingo channels across mobile and desktop.  This will focus on understanding key drivers, and working within budget to develop a strategic plan to meet P&L targets (both volume and value), including long term, annual, quarterly and on-going (reactive where needed) plans.  There will be a key focus in delivering valuable players who can be shaped into the VIPs of the future. Your key deliverables will be:

 

Strategic & Marketing Plans

Data Analytics

Prospect Insights

Understanding the Funnel

Innovative Campaign Design

Relationship Management

Competitor Watch

Focus on Reporting

Product Understanding

 

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Ideally, you will come from a highly-trafficked B2C website or similar eCommerce channel. However we do welcome candidates from other online sectors if you can demonstrate the following Essential Competencies:

 

  • Experience in online and/or mobile marketing is highly desirable
  • Commercial thinker who is seeking a significant challenge in their next job
  • Self starter; someone who can work under their own initiative to achieve targets
  • Goals orientated – we’ll look favourably on someone who has a history of achieving goals / targets in their work
  • Positive can do attitude
  • We want someone who can problem solve and think laterally

For this role, you must hold at least a Batchelors Degree and have previously worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience working within a customer acquisition channel.
