Desired Skills and Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inventory and performance side of the relationship with publishers.
  • Ensure Continuous monitoring of the inbound traffic in order to ensure steady volume a high campaign fill rate
  • Lead network segmentation and maintain integrity of network mapping over time
  • Research work integration
  • Spec analytics and BI tools to optimize traffic usage real time
  • Lead Traffic Acquisition Cost Strategy and oversee day to day optimization

 

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of analytics techniques, tools and programs
  • Familiarity with search advertising, especially CPC and derivative models
  • Ability to translate algorithmic developments into business requirements (PMD) for engineering
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and database structures.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail combined with consideration of broader strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • 2 to 4 years experience in interactive media and advertising
  • Master's degree
